FFB Kimono and Denim

I finally found my camera cord, so can upload pictures.  I decided to just choose a few favorites to share :)

It surprises me to write it, but this ensemble has been a summer staple for me (maybe I'm embracing maximalism?)  It's fun to wear, and the kimono - jacket adds minimal warmth, making it hot-weather friendly.  

I'm watching for a replacement kimono-type thing, because this has been fun to wear, but is poor quality, and the hems are fraying.  I expect to have to toss it after another wear or two, maybe even before.

    You look adorable in this outfit! Fun kimono -- sorry it is fraying. Wish there was a way you could fix it as the bright colors are so nice on you. Love the hat!

    Great outfit!  Those sandals are so interesting - I love them.  The denim hat is super cute and I like the bright colors of your kimono.  Too bad about the quality.

    Another love for this outfit. I adore the kimono both fit and colour. Too bad on the quality although that is not visible in the photo at all.

    you're so cute in your denim cap. I like the curved opening and colours of the kimono. Great sandals.

    What a fab summer you're having!  I like that the kimono is bold, but the silhouette is easy to manage --- not overwhelming.  This combination makes for a great statement piece that doesn't get in the way of typing, or get stuck in the car door, or overwhelm your frame.

    I'm also love the wide cuff on the jeans -- this updates your look without looking super "fashiony."  And it highlights those great sandals -- are those the long sought after Birk update?

    You look terrific!
