They're not trendy boots, but Angie's post today gave me the idea of trying my white boyfriends rolled up above my brown boots. I paired it with a more structured shirt, tucked in, and a belt that matches my shoes.
Does it work?
Side note: Am I wrong to think this teal is a good color on me? - no makeup at all, and just out of the shower. This pic makes me think I need more of this color.

I agree that teal is a good color for you - get more of it! :-)
I think BF jeans work with boots but you can also try to roll them once more to make them more tapered. Love that they are white!

Good call Sveta - I felt like they weren't really tapered enough for this look. One more roll would probably fix that. (But then I'd have to shave my legs....)

Funny, because I had the exact same thought about shaving my legs the other day too :D My boyfriend is very particular you know ;) You look great Amy and yes, get more teal!

Oh, wow, this is good. Yes, you must wear this colour, it suits you so well. I think you could roll both sets of cuffs more, weather permitting of course.
I think yesterday's outfit needs a bit of tweaking, that's all. Stompier boots for starters and a roomier sweater but I like the concept of the stripes showing.

Teal is most definitely a flattering color on you, Amy. Yes… get more teal! Love the plaid shirt with the white BF jeans. Agree with Sveta that one more roll would enhance the look. [I am chuckling about the leg shaving. I decided to wear my own BF's at full length yesterday for the same reason. It was "cuffing weather", but I had forgotten to shave!]

Looks cute Amy, another one who loves the teal and those white BFs are great. Rolling another roll would be good. Did you try a semi-tuck on the shirt? I'm so obsessed with semi-tucks these days and play around with so many configurations.

I like the rolled jeans (although I agree with others that they could be rolled a little tighter). I really like the striped top under the sweater.
The teal is lovely!
