Today I'm wearing a tweaked version of the lace shell and boyfriend jeans outfit I posted yesterday. This time, with shorter (and sadly, slightly less faded and distressed) boyfriend jeans.
I tried it with three rolls (#1), two rolls (#2) and one large roll (#3)
#4 is the original, your comments on it inspired me to try it with shorter bf jeans.
Which do you prefer? (and why?)

I like 1 & 3 better than 2 & 4 (maybe 1 the best).
I like 2 and 3 best as I like where they hit your ankles and the proportions seem pleasing to me.

I like 2 best. I think it's nice for the width of the rolled cuff to echo with width of your sandal strap.

I agree with Umilla. I also like the one large roll because it looks interesting and purposeful. Sometimes when I roll my pants I wonder if it looks as though I'm just too lazy to have them hemmed :-).

#2 for me. It gives us a peak of your ankle without the roll looking too bulky (like in #1.) Also, #3 is eliminated for me because I think that (in general) the only style of jean that a large cuff like that works on is a skinny or semi-skinny jean. Otherwise, that large cuff just kind of flaps around and makes me think of little girls playing dress-up!
I didn't see yesterday's thread, but if I had, I would have asked you about the possibility of doing just a slight semi-tuck with your blouse right in the front? to break up the horizontal line?

I think I like #2 the best. It seems like just the right amount of ankle. I actually don't mind #3 but agree that it probably looks best with skinny jeans.

I like #2 & 3 because the roll is neat. I feel #3 is hipper than #2. What was wrong with #4? I might like that best, to be honest.

I like 2 best as the most proportional to my eye. I would also like to see a bit of semi-tuck with the top. They all look great.

Might not be so helpful but I like #3 and #4 the best. 3 because I am into that kind of single fold over right now, and I liked 4 in the first place :-)!
